In previous in-house roles, I have been the client, I have also been incredibly disappointed by the lack of work agencies have put in to creating a website.

How do we start this process?
 

• Following a in person or Teams meeting, I ask a range of questions of you and what you are looking for in a new website

• I get to know your business through researching your sector and finding out what you want from your new website.

• I will send you a rough draft version of your homepage and a structural wireframe map, so you can agree the look and feel of your new website.

• We have a Teams meeting to find out what you like and dislike about the homepage and we discuss the structure.

• Once you're happy to proceed I'll provide a quote, a full plan of your website and our terms and conditions.

• Your site will be created and I will provide a URL for you to review.

• We then have a final Teams meeting to discuss any amendments.

• ​When you are happy with your website, I will transfer the hosting and your website will be live.
  I will then work of the SEO and site map to ensure your website is listed organically on Search Engines.

What are your payment terms and how am i protected?

I will send an initial quote outlining all costs.  Once you are happy with this, I will send you a terms agreement to sign to ensure both parties are legally protected.
I require 15% deposit of the project cost to start creating your website and then when the website it built and you are fully happy with it, you will be required to pay the final 85%.  Following full payment the website will become live.
